Description
Galactic Patrol Lensman Eye Catch Production Cel Setup with Key Master Background (MK Productions, c. 1984-85). Created as an eye catch, used to draw viewers' attention before and after commercial breaks, this a fantastic original production cel from the classic anime series Galactic Patrol Lensman, based on the Lensman novels by E. E. Smith. This remarkably rare piece is presented on its Key Master background hand-painted in gouache on background board. A very cool and artistic image, the background provides the color, and the cel setup contains the linework. The piece has been trimmed to 10.75" x 9.25", and it shows minor handling due to normal use during production. The condition of this remarkably rare piece is Very Good.From the Glad Museum Collection.
