Showcase #43 Doctor No (DC, 1963) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white to white pages. Adapts the first James Bond movie -- the first US comic book appearance of James Bond. DC's first Silver Age movie adaptation, actually a reprint of the story originally published in British Classics Illustrated #158A. Overstreet notes, "This Showcase #43 version was actually censored, deleting all racial skin color and dialogue thought to be racially demeaning." Sean Connery photo frontispiece. Bob Brown cover.
