Description
Ken Barr - "Doc Savage" and "Timeliner Trilogy" Preliminary Illustration Original Art, Group of 2 (circa 1979). This lot spotlights two science fiction preliminary illustrations by Ken Barr. "Doc Savage" is drawn in mixed-media on a 19" x 24" sheet of vellum paper. This piece has been folded four times, but is otherwise in Very Good condition. A second study titled "No.2, Timeliner Trilogy" was painted in acrylic on illustration board and has an overall size of 7.5" x 10". This is a study for the cover illustration of Richard Meredith's novel, The Timeliner Trilogy, Book Two: No Brother, No Friend. It's in Excellent condition.Auction Info
