Who Framed Roger Rabbit Mickey Mouse and Dumbo Production Cel Setup (Walt Disney, 1988). It's the story of a man, a woman, and a rabbit in a triangle of trouble. From Disney's Touchstone Pictures and Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment we present these fantastic production cels featuring Mickey Mouse and Dumbo. The cels are hand-painted on 16 field acetate and placed over a photograph of Walt Disney exiting the Disney lot in his convertible car. The Dumbo image can be seen around the 8:13 mark as he is flying outside of the studio window. The Mickey Mouse cel is seen around the 1:13:15 mark when he is skydiving with Bug Bunny.
