Disneyland - Main Street Cinema 35" x 53" Aluminum Composite Sign (Walt Disney, c. 2010). This rare park-displayed sign for the Main Street Cinema at Disneyland is a nostalgic piece of Disney history. Measuring 35" x 53", the aluminum composite sign boasts an advertisement for Mickey Mouse cartoons, specifically highlighting six different cartoons on six screens, under the inviting phrase "See the Fun-Filled Antics of the World's Most Famous Mouse". This sign harks back to the days when the Main Street Cinema, originally playing a variety of silent films at Disneyland's opening, transitioned in the 1970s to exclusively showcasing Disney shorts starring Mickey Mouse. The sign shows its history and use within the park, with edge wear, light corner damage, smudges, debris, and mounting holes in the margins. Despite these signs of wear, it remains in Good condition.
