Disneyland - Fantasy on Parade Hand-Crafted Paper Models Group of 8 (Walt Disney, 1966). This is a very rare set of 8 hand-cut and hand-colored paper models for character performers in Disneyland's Fantasy on Parade. Disneyland's holiday parades have always been a sight to remember, with Fantasy on Parade of the 1960's being an exceptional highlight. These models were used to design the Silly Reindeer and Alice in Wonderland Butterfly performer costumes, and currently come from the personal collection of Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily, who helped achieve many of the Disney Park's most memorable parades in the years following Fantasy on Parade, including the Hercules Victory Parade, Mickey's Soundsational Parade, and Tokyo Disneyland's Happiness is Here parade, among others. The reindeer measure approximately 3" x 6.5" each, while the butterfly performer measures 4.5" x 6.25".
