Description
Space Ghost Concept Drawing by Alex Toth (Hanna-Barbera, 1966). "Spaaaaace Ghoooost!" This Hanna-Barbera series featured Gary Owen as the voice of Space Ghost; it premiered on CBS-TV in fall of 1966. It was one of several shows designed for the studio by noted comic book artist Alex Toth (1928 - 2006). Here's a great inked concept drawing of the interplanetary superhero, firing rays from his power bands and destroying an alien spaceship. The unsigned art includes a pasted-on H-B copyright notice on lightweight board measuring 12.5" x 10.5". The figure of Space Ghost has an approximate image size of 6.75" x 5.5". Some minor soiling and handling wear. Very Good condition.Auction Info
