The Abominable Snow Rabbit Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck Layout Drawing by Chuck Jones Original Art (Warner Brothers, 1961). "You and your short cuts!" Looks like Bugs should have "turned left at East St. Louis," as this arctic landscape looks nothing like Palm Springs! Daffy lands on his bill trying to dive into a frozen pond in this original layout drawing from the hand of director Chuck Jones (1912 - 2002). Ouch! Find this scene at the 0:56 mark in online viewings. This 1961 Looney Tunes short would mark the final time a Chuck Jones cartoon featured Daffy Duck; it also introduced the Abominable Snowman character later named Hugo. The overall image area measures approximately 6.5" x 5.5"; the page is numbered 9 in the upper right corner, and 3 in the lower right. Condition is Very Good with minor handling and edge wear.Auction Info
