Mulan Early Character Concept Drawing Signed by Thom Enriquez Group of 5 (Walt Disney, 1998). Presented is a rare set of early character concept drawings for the 1998 Disney Renaissance hit Mulan. This collection features characters and villains that never made it past the cutting room floor, making them exciting inside looks at what could have been. The characters represented here are Tai Shang (ultimately Li Shang in the film), Bao Gung, and Hua Zhou. The drawings are rendered in ink, graphite, and artist marker on bond paper mounted to black board, and four of the five boards are signed by concept artist Thom Enriquez. Mr. Enriquez contributed to the look and feel of several Disney Renaissance films, including The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Aladdin, Mulan, and more. These drawings range in size from 5.75" x 5.25" to 10.25" x 7". Minor handling and edge wear, and the condition is Very Good.From the Disney Character Designer/Artist Thom Enriquez Collection.
