Description
The Little Mermaid Ariel, Scuttle, and Flounder Production Cel Signed by Mark Henn (Walt Disney, 1989). Scuttle and Flounder congratulate the bushing bride, Ariel in the happy ending of Disney's The Little Mermaid. Presented here is an original hand-painted production cel of the three friends at Ariel's wedding. It can be seen at the 1:16:51 mark. Scuttle hold Flounder aloft while Ariel greets them in her flowing white wedding gown. The heart-touching image from the film's finale measures 10.5" x 9" on a 16 field production cel with matching print background. The cel bears an official Disney seal and comes with a studio-issued Certificate of Authenticity. Making this rare production cel rarer still is the addition of the signature of the Director of animation for Ariel, Mark Henn in the lower right corner. This extraordinary production piece from a fan favorite scene in one of Disney's greatest Renaissance classics is a real treasure. It is housed in a 21" x 16" frame under glass with a mat opening of 14.5" x 9.5". Condition is Very Good. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition.Auction Info
