The Little Mermaid Scuttle Production Cel Signed by Mark Henn (Walt Disney, 1989). "WHOA... Mermaid off the port bow. Ariel, how you doin' kid!" This lot features an outstanding 16 field hand-painted production cel of Scuttle, the Seagull from Disney's hit film, The Little Mermaid. Voiced by the incomparable funny-man, Buddy Hackett, this is from Scuttle's first appearance of in the film around the 9:05 mark. The full-figure image of Scuttle in his perch measures 5" x 5.5" on a 16 field cel over a matching print background. The cel bears a Disney seal and is hand-signed by noted Disney animation director Mark Henn. This is the last Disney animated feature film to use hand-painted production cels, and if you are a Scuttle fan, you won't find better than this. It is in a 21.5" x 16" frame, under glass with a mat opening of 14.5" x 9.5" and comes complete with a studio-issued Certificate of Authenticity. Condition is fine. All frames are sold as-is.
