Description

Yogi Bear Animation Drawings Group of 3 (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1970-80s). Yogi Bear first appeared in The Huckleberry Hound Show in 1958. He eventually gained more popularity than Huck, and in 1961, he was given his own show. Yogi's cartoons centered on his antics in the Jellystone Park. Accompanied by his constant companion Boo Boo, Yogi would often try to steal picnic baskets from campers in the park, much to the displeasure of Park Ranger Smith. Presented are a trio of full-figure 12 field production drawings of Yogi. Perfectly centered and standing about 5" Yogi was rendered in graphite on two piece and red pencil on the one. Noted as Y1, Y2, and Y3 in the bottom right. The artwork exhibits edge wear and superficial wrinkling, particularly on Y2. Great expressions on all three! Overall condition is Good.
