Congo Bill Group of 7 (DC, 1954-55) Condition: Average GD+. Group includes issues #1 (FR, 4" spine split), 2-6, 7 (FR, 3.5" piece missing from back cover). Gerber's Photo-Journal Guide to Comics lists these issues as "scarce", and Overstreet notes that they are "Rarely found in fine to mint condition." Nick Cardy covers and art. Overstreet only lists values for issues of this series in grades up to VF 8.0. Approximate Overstreet value for group = $875.From the Eau Claire Collection.
