Amazing Adventures Prototype (Ziff-Davis, 1950) Condition: FN+. An extremely rare item, so much so that the only other copy we've had the chance to offer was featured in our very first comics auction, back in 2001! This is an eight-page prototype of the first issue of Amazing Adventures, which was mailed to subscribers of Ziff-Davis' science-fiction magazines to test the market. It is in black and white throughout, and features a complete story by Alex Schomburg and a back-page feature by Ogden Whitney titled "Amazing Prophecies". Measures approximately 8.5" x 11".
