Description
Feds 'N Heads #1 First Printing Signed by Gilbert Shelton (Gilbert Shelton, 1968) CGC FN 6.0 Cream to off-white pages. Key Underground comic, including the first comic book appearance of the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers. Janis Joplin cameo. Gilbert Shelton story, cover, and art. Adult content. CGC notes, "Signed by Gilbert Shelton on 7/13/12." An earlier signature, dated 1984 and including a Fat Freddy's Cat sketch, is noted as "Name, sketch, and '1984' written on cover with pen." That's two Shelton signatures for the price of one! Fogel's 2015 Underground Comix Price Guide FN 6.0 value = $600; NM- value = $1,200.
