Target Comics #6 (Novelty Press, 1940) Condition: FR. First appearance of the Chameleon. Carl Burgos, Basil Wolverton, and Bill Everett art. This appears to be a file copy, with brittle pages, cover detached, spine split 3.75" up from the bottom, the pages are splitting, there is writing on the front cover; an "Office Copy" stamp on the front cover, editorial notes stapled to the inner front cover from "Funnies Incorporated".
