Police Comics #45 (Quality, 1945) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white to white pages. When we first saw the run of Police in this original-owner collection, we suspected that many a census-topping copy would be in the mix, and that has proven to be the case. Plastic Man by Jack Cole is the star of this issue, naturally. Overstreet 2006 VF/NM 9.0 value = $382; NM- 9.2 value = $520. CGC census 2/06: 2 in 9.0, none higher.
