The Monster That Challenged the World and War of the Satellites Movie Stills Group of 7 (United Artists and Allied Artists, 1956-57). Well-preserved 8" x 10" glossies from two essential films in the midcentury's resurgence of low-budget horror films as a box-office commodity. Four from Roger Corman's War of the Satellites depict an attack in a space laboratory. Three from The Monster That Challenged the World depict the title creature and the crew that defies it. Dimensions, 8" x 10". Excellent condition, barring one torn lower edge.Auction Info
