Police Comics #21 (Quality, 1943) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Cream to off-white pages. Jack Cole's Plastic Man was the star of the show here, and that's saying something since the Spirit by Will Eisner is in the issue as well. The Phantom Lady feature has what we call a crossover these days, with the Spider Widow and Raven (both from Feature Comics) guest-starring. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $249; VF 8.0 value = $519.
