Police Comics #12 (Quality, 1942) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white pages. This issue has the first comic book appearance of the Spirit's sidekick Ebony. Also appearing is Plastic Man, drawn by Gill Fox on the cover and Jack Cole inside the book. Phantom Lady also appears. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $856. CGC census 3/06: 1 in 8.0, none higher.
