Description
Ko-Ko Takes a Trip to the Moon Booklet (Max Fleischer, undated). Vintage set of 20 pages of what looks to be a proposed book. The plot line is similar to the 1924 Out of the Inkwell silent cartoon, Trip to Mars, starring Ko-Ko the Clown. Ko-Ko was Fleischer's first animated star; he was featured mainly during the 1920s and referred to as Ko-Ko (with a hyphen) only from 1924 to 1927. This set of 11" x 8.5" pages includes one 7" x 5" panel per page. Stapled in the top left corner. Minor handling wear; Very Good condition.Auction Info
