Description

The Flintstones Fred and Dino Practice Drawings Group of 2 (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1960s-70s). Nice pair of original 12 field drawings featuring Fred Flintstone and his beloved "dog," Dino. The first has Dino, with tongue hanging out, chasing a happy-looking Fred, these are in graphite with a red pencil highlight on Dino's tongue. Overall image size is 9.5" x 5". The second has full-figure graphite images of Fred speaking and Dino looking the other way, towards a second full-figure image of Fred, this time a "ghostly" figure in red pencil. Overall image size is 10.5" x 6". Both pages are signed "Kerns" in the lower right corner; we presume these are from the hand of longtime Disney and Hanna-Barbera animator Jack Kerns. Condition on both is Very Good with minor handling wear.
