Description
Sleepy Time Possum Ma O'Possum Rough Concept Sketches (Warner Brothers, 1951). These are a pair of original rough concept sketches of the Ma O'Possum character for the Merrie Melodies short Sleepy Time Possum. This short was the work of legendary Warner Brothers director Robert McKimson (1910 - 1977) and these are drawings he did as he explored the look of this single appearance character. Both drawings are on 2-peghole animation paper, one in graphite and the other in red pencil. All Warner Brothers artwork from this era is considered very rare. They show aging and some light handling; otherwise condition is Very Good.Auction Info
