Labors of Love #nn Fanzine Third Printing (Hamster Press, 1995). Condition: FN. A precursor to his Eisner-nominated book The Golden Age of Comic Fandom, this fanzine by Bill Schelly covers the wide range of original comic stories created for the glory days of comic fandom, spotlighting work by Biljo White, Roy Thomas, Ronn Foss, Rudi Franke, Landon Chesney, Roger Brand, Grass Green, and many more. This third printing of the zine was actually produced after the GACF book had come out, but Schelly points out that only 25% of its contents were incorporated into the larger tome. Condition: FN, some staining to the front cover, corner bends, and overall wear. Not listed in Overstreet.Auction Info
