X-Men #10 (Marvel, 1965) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white pages. The first comic book appearances of the Silver Age Ka-Zar (aka Kevin Plunder) and Zabu the Sabertooth, as well as the first appearance of the Savage Land. (The original Ka-Zar, aka David Rand, had been the star of a brief, eponymous pulp magazine from 1936-1937, before spinning off into various comic appearances in 1939-1942.)
