Calling Superman Board Game (Transogram/DC Comics, 1954). Calling Superman... A board game of new reporting! With his popularity on TV, radio, and in comic Superman was market in many ways during this period. This boxed board game for 2 to 8 players was a "spin and move" game with an interesting board. The box has a nice cover image. It is missing a portion of the side panel on the bottom/front edge, and the right side has been split and repaired with tape. The folding cardboard playing board has nice graphics, although they have bubbled up in places. The set includes the printed instructions, two stand-up Superman figures, a working spinner, and three of the playing pieces. Overall in Good condition.Auction Info
