Description
Jack Davis Sick Magazine "Bo Reargard" Comic Strip Double-Page Spread Original Art (Crestwood Publications, c. 1960s). This lot features six pasted-up Bo Reargard daily try-out comic strips (presented as a 2-page Sick feature) by Jack Davis. The strip was about a soldier in the Civil War. It has been opined that the syndicates weren't interested because it was from a Southern point of view and many Northern papers wouldn't want to carry it.
