Paul Gulacy original artwork for Flinch #4 complete 10-page story "Playing Dead". (Vertigo/DC, 1999) Accomplished in pencil, ink, wash, and ziaptone on 11 x 17 in. art boards. Each page retains an acetate overlay with text affixed. "Playing Dead" is set in the west and concerns an AWOL soldier who assumes a dead man's identity, only to learn that his new wife has secrets... Beautifully illustrated by Gulacy who is very well known for his superb Kung Fu work and is in very high demand. In very good condition.Auction Info
