Description
Zack Mosley Smilin' Jack Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 3 (News Syndicate Co., Inc., 1964-68). Mosley had become an aviator before he launched his strip On the Wing in 1933. The strip soon evolved into The Adventures of Smilin' Jack and, finally, Smilin' Jack. The dates are 10-15 and 11-19-64, and 9-2-68. Ink and Zipatone shading film (some of which has slipped off the page and is missing, leaving glue residue) over graphite on Bristol board. Image areas average 20" x 6.25".
