Description

Creig Flessel Detective Comics #8 Cover Recreation Original Art (1993). Golden and Atomic Age comic art legend Creig Flessel recreates his own original cover, which is one of the most iconic of the pre-Batman Detective Comics covers. Signed and dated in the 7.5" x 10.25" image area. Created in mixed media, this little gem was handsomely matted and framed by Dan MaKara. The glass front frame has faux-bamboo wood on the outside, and a wonderful matting job featuring decoupage pages from an unidentified comic story. Both frame and art are in Excellent condition.
