Howard Chaykin Star Hawks Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 2-9-79 (United Feature Syndicate, 1979). Howard Chaykin ghosted on this strip for Gil Kane for a few weeks in 1979. Solid artwork from Gil Kane and punchy, pulpy prose by Ron Goulart made Star Hawks a minor classic and a crossover hit with the comic book market. Fill-in art by Chaykin only cemented the deal! Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16" x 10". Logo and trade dress is missing. In Excellent condition.
