George Pérez - Silver Surfer Specialty Illustration Original Art (1979). The Sky-Rider of the Spaceways streaks across the cosmos, firing at an unseen foe in this early illustration by George Pérez, whose composition bears a striking resemblance to the Silver Surfer pin-up he penciled the year before in Rampaging Hulk #8. Pérez would later come full circle with the character, handling Silver Surfer art duties in 1995-96. Created in ink and marker over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 12". Slight toning, a hint of foxing, minor spot stain, and light handling wear. Inscribed in the lower right and in Very Good condition.
