Æon Flux CD-Rom Commercial Production Cel Sequence of 5 Signed by Peter Chung (MTV Animation, 1996). The astounding sequence of five hand-painted production cels offered in this lot comes from the astonishing commercial for the unreleased video game based on Æon Flux, signed by the acclaimed director and animator Peter Chung. This high-octane commercial was created in collaboration with the renowned studio Madhouse to promote the game, being developed at the time by Cryo Interactive. Aeon showcases her acrobatic skills in these five 12-field production cels, created to appear in the final part of the commercial, showing the secret agent gracefully moving mid-air after the surface underneath her crumbles, ranging in size from 10" x 7.5" to 3.75" x 4", all signed by Peter Chung. The five cels are displayed on printed backgrounds for presentation purposes, taped to them with archival artist tape. Light fading can be seen on the linework's ink. In overall Very Good condition with minor handling and edge wear from production.
