Extended Payment Plan

Heritage offers extended payment plan options up to 6 months to qualified, pre-approved clients subject to these terms and conditions. To request pre-approval, please contact our Client Services department at 214-409-1150 or email eppgroup@HA.com.

1. Invoice eligibility.
   • Minimum invoice total eligible for financing is $2,500. Invoice minimum applies to a single auction; multiple invoices cannot be combined to meet the minimum.
   • An invoice must be financed in its entirety.
   • Wine auction invoices are not eligible for financing.
2. Initiating financing.
   • Client must electronically sign finance agreement within 2 business days of approval.
   • Client must make a minimum down payment of 25% or 50% (depending on the category), plus applicable fees and taxes.
   • The down payment must be received by the invoice due date or within 14 days of the auction close, whichever is earlier.
   • There will be a one-time 1% setup fee.
3. Subsequent payments.
   • The outstanding balance must be settled in a maximum of six equal monthly installments.
   • All payments (including the down payment) must be made electronically via eCheck, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover on a recurring, automated schedule.
   • A 2.5% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.
   • Standard interest is 1% per month on the outstanding balance of your financed invoice.
   • There will be a $25 NSF fee for all returned payments and a 3% late fee for any late payments.
4. All standard Auction Terms & Conditions still apply. Due to the nature of the business and market volatility, there are no return privileges. Penalties can be incurred on cancelled orders.
5. Financing is subject to approval and non-binding prior to the execution of a signed agreement.
