Description

Barks Treasury Gold Limited Edition with Signed Certificate #320/1000 (Applewood Books, 1997). A limited edition super-deluxe bound gallery showcasing tipped-in reproductions of forty color pencil sketches done by Barks in his 96th year, housed in green velvet-lined clamshell case padded with shredded sheets of City of Duckburg currency. A complete currency note is included in the book, signed "To Steve" by Barks; he also inscribed the title page. The book has a gold-embossed dust jacket, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Barks. As a bonus, a group of eleven faxes from the Carl Barks Studio, giving Carl's prices on selected pages, is included. In Excellent condition, other than the clamshell case top separating from the rest of the case, which could be easily repaired.
