Four years before Action Comics #1 officially launched the Golden Age of Comics, this title was paving the way. In the third issue, Buck Rogers made his first ever comic book appearance. As you would expect, a copy in any condition is difficult to come by, and The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books rates this one "rare". The highest Universal grade CGC has handed out to date is FN+ 6.5; this one's got the highest Apparent grade. Overstreet doesn't even bother listing values for grades above VF 8.0. Nab it while you can!
