Joe Kubert Star Spangled War Stories #137 War That Time Forgot page 3 Original Art (DC, 1968). This fearsome undersea monster looks to be a saurian second cousin to Joe Kubert's "Creature of a Thousand Shapes" from the cover of Brave and the Bold #34.
