Phil Davis Mandrake the Magician Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 8-9-53 (King Features Syndicate, 1953). The suspense builds in this fast-moving episode from the fifties. This shadow drenched episode is a splendid example of Davis' brush technique, and it has an image area of 14" x 21.5".
