One of the most valuable comic books of the 1970s has one of the more memorable X-Men covers thanks to the artistry of Gil Kane and Dave Cockrum. The issue has the very first appearances of Nightcrawler, Storm, Colossus, and Thunderbird, and it's just the second full story to feature Wolverine. Copies of this issue in such high grade have maintained a steady value. Overstreet 2009 NM- 9.2 value = $1,250. CGC census 1/10: 33 in 9.8, none higher.
