Batman #13 (DC, 1942) CGC VF+ 8.5 White pages. This is the first time we've offered a certified "white pages" copy of this one. As for the exterior, the black background doesn't make this one any easier to find in high grade. Jerry Robinson cover art. Overstreet 2009 VF 8.0 value = $2,010; VF/NM 9.0 value = $3,505.
