Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #1 (DC, 1954) CGC VG/FN 5.0 Light tan to off-white pages. This premiere issue rates a "less than average" scarcity from Gerber, but seems to be even less common. In high-grade, forget it! It just doesn't turn up. So far, the only other copy of issue #1 that CGC has rated higher than this one only earned a Fine/Very Fine grade. And, the issue can only become rarer in the future. Overstreet 2002 GD 2.0 value = $368; FN 6.0 value = $1,104. From the collection of Bobby Harmon.
