Sheldon Mayer - Sugar and Spike, Complete 3-page "Bernie's Notebook" Story Original Art (DC, circa 1983). Bernie the Brain makes a key note regarding Sugar and the Plumm family refrigerator in this lighthearted 3-pager drawn by DC legend Sheldon Mayer. A copyright notice on the back of the pages indicates this story was created around 1983 and was slated for an unknown title and issue. The yarn may be unpublished or perhaps created for the foreign market or one of the Best of DC digests. Each fun-filled page has an image area of 10" x 15", and the art is in Excellent condition.
