Amazing Fantasy #15 (Marvel, 1962) CGC VG/FN 5.0 White pages. The first copy certified "white pages" that Heritage has ever offered, and we've auctioned close to 100 CGC-graded copies alone, including the White Mountain and Curator pedigree copies! We thought that the cover presents better than the assigned grade as well -- the only defect that cuts into the eye appeal is the "Marvel chipping" at the right edge, and it's fair to say the seasoned Marvel collector tends to be unfazed by this common bindery defect. The above makes this a very intriguing copy of the most valuable Silver Age comic book, the origin and first appearance of Spider-Man. As any Marvelite could tell you, Jack Kirby is the cover artist of this one, while artist Steve Ditko and writer Stan Lee brought you the interior. Overstreet 2008 VG 4.0 value = $3,700; FN 6.0 value = $5,550. CGC census 6/08: 35 in 5.0, 164 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
