Description
Doc Savage Sept 1934 (V4#1) (Street & Smith, 1934) Condition: VG+. Walter Baumhofer painted cover art with Doc and a pretty blonde ensnared in a net. Includes the story "Fear Cay" by Lester Dent. Unfaded spine is missing about a quarter-inch of paper at the top. Untrimmed cover overhang, with a piece of tape running along the edge inside the front cover. The cover has a two-inch split at the spine running up from the bottom. Cover stock is white; pages are cream to off-white. The Ultimate Guide to the Pulps VG value = $150.Auction Info
