Mirth of a Nation #5 (Wise Publications, circa 1940) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white to white pages. Here's a humor comic that's not in the Overstreet guide, and it's the only copy of the issue to be certified by CGC. The comic's in an unusual format, 5" by 7 1/2", with art credited to Harry "A" Chesler, who would go on to become a well-known editor and publisher. This is one for the comic collector who thought he had everything! Not listed in Overstreet.
