Description

Neal Adams Strange Adventures #208 Deadman "How Many Times Can a Guy Die?" Splash Page 1 Original Art (DC, 1968). Comics hall-of-famer Neal Adams both penciled and inked this phenomenal title page from the heart of his celebrated Silver Age run on Deadman. This striking page showcases what fans love most about Adams' work -- an unparalleled mastery of perspective and figure drawing. The two panoramic panels feature Adams' revolutionary design, spotlighting superb images of Deadman from contrasting, ultra-dramatic points of view. The original was included in two major exhibitions devoted to comic art in the mid 1990s. The image area of this show-stopping splash measures 10" x 13" and the page has been matted to an overall size of 16" x 20". Several of the type elements have been pasted onto the page, and the indicia stats have aged; otherwise, the art is in Very Good condition.
