Jim Starlin and Klaus Janson - Captain Marvel #33, page 26 Original Art (Marvel, 1974). Here's a bombshell from one of Jim Starlin's signature series -- Captain Marvel takes on Thanos in "The God Himself," with cosmic scripting by Steve Englehart, spectacular plotting and penciling by Jim Starlin, and crisp inking by Klaus Janson. This Bronze Age brain-blaster guest stars Drax the Destroyer and Mantis, and this piece has an image area of 10" x 15". The word balloons are stick-ons and a few have gone missing. There is some clear tape on the page and some small stains; otherwise, the art is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
