The Amazing Spider-Man #97 (Marvel, 1971) CGC NM/MT 9.8 Off-white to white pages. This is the first 9.8 copy we've seen of this issue. The book's a notable one, too, as one of the anti-drug stories that wasn't approved by the Comics Code Authority. John Romita Sr. drew the cover co-featuring the Green Goblin. Overstreet 2007 NM- 9.2 value = $160. CGC census 2/08: 8 in 9.8, none higher.
