Jot the Dot Animation Production Cel with Background Animation Art (SBRTC/Keitz & Herndon, c. 1970). Jot and Tat share another adventure in this hand-inked and hand-painted animation production cel with its original background from the children's program, Jot the Dot. Children's drawings were used in the creation of Dot's look, creating a timeless design that continues to appeal. Thirty Jot episodes were produced, which were distributed to 19 countries and translated into several languages. This exceptional piece measures 14" x 10", and aside from one small area of paint loss on the background at the lower left, it is in Excellent condition.Auction Info
