The Spirit #nn (#1) (Quality, 1944) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. This is the only copy graded above 8.5 by CGC to date! And it's just the fifth copy Heritage has offered in any grade. Along with the More Fun #72 it's the highest-graded comic in this entire collection. This famous Will Eisner creation needs no introduction, but it's worth noting that the cover art is credited to an even more renowned cover artist, his studio colleague Lou Fine.
